Suspiros

• 3 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ tbsp lemon juice
• ½ cup almond meats (ground?)

1. Beat egg whites until very stiff. Add sugar gradually. Add lemon juice and almonds.
2. Line a cookie sheet with brown paper. Drop mixture by teaspoons onto paper
3. Bake at 350°for ?? until slightly brown.
