Lemon Dream Bars

Crust

  1. Cut butter into flower and sugar until fine.
  2. Press into ungreased 11x7, 9x9, or 8x8 pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until set but not brown.

Filling

  1. Mix well.
  2. Spread on partially-baked dough.
  3. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Frost immediately.

Frosting

Mix until smooth.
