Blueberry Sour Cream Cake

- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups blueberries, rinsed, drained, and floured
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- Cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar, then eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, soda, salt, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Mix brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon together.
- Spread half of batter in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly across batter in pan. Spread remaning batter over the top.
- Bake at 350°for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan, then cut into squares to serve.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar befor serving.
