Carrot Cake
💖 recipe from Val Montgomery 💖
- 3 cups carrots, grated
- 1½ cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- Mix carrots, oil, sugar, and eggs.
- Mix together dry ingredients. Add to carrot mixture and mix.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake at 350°for 45 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cream
- 2½ cups powdered sugar
