Popovers (for cast iron pan)
- 1 cup sifted AP flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 425. Grease muffin pan and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Heat pan in oven and remove.
- Fill pans slightly less than half full.
- Bake about 35 minutes.
