Chocoroons

makes 4 dozen cookies

  1. Melt chocolate in milk over hot water.
  2. Cream butter. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla. Cream well. Blend in chocolate.
  3. Add AP flour gradually, mix well.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 350°for 12 to 15 minutes.
