  1. Line the pie plate with pie crust and chill.
  2. Mix togeter apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 2 tbsp flour. Place mixture in chilled pie shell.
  3. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and 1 cup flour to make a crumbly mixture, and sprinkle over apples.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 450, then reduce heat and bake at 350°for 30 minutes longer.
