Refrigerator Cookies

• ½ cup butter
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup white sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1½ cup flour
• ⅓ tsp soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

1. Mix.
2. Shape in roll.
3. Wrap in wax paper and store in refrigerator.
4. Slice off and bake on buttered cookie sheet for 8 minutes at 400°.
