Rice Pudding
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 or 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- Scald milk with rice.
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add hot mixture slowly.
- Pour ito buttered pudding dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Add raisins for additional flavor
