Shoo-Fly Pie

  1. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and crisco as pie dough. Save ½ cup of crumbs for the top of the pie.
  2. Add molasses, cold coffee, and baking soda to the mixture.
  3. Place in an unbaked pie shell and cover with crumb mixture.
  4. Bake at 425°for 10 minutes, then 325 for 35 minutes.
